Cooking Class: “Holiday Dinner”
Friday December 9th 10am-2pm $55/pers
If you are in need of new ideas for your Holiday dinner, this class is for you. We will start with a couple decadent small bite appetizers, including a mini caramelized onion tart and a pumpkin soup topped with truffle cream. Our main dish will be beef Wellington, beef tenderloin wrapped in buttery puff pastry served with glazed vegetables. We will complete our meal with a Berry topped Pavlova Cake.
