In this class we will cover three different doughs, savory "pâte brisée", "pâte feuilletée" and a sweet "pâte sablée". We will make three tarts, including our famous eggplant, mozzarella and basil tart, an upside-down onion and raisins tatin tart served with cheese and to finish a creamy blueberry tart!
