• Thursday February 22nd - 10am-1:30pm -$50 – “Light and Delicious”
Lentils, butternut squash and Kale soup with a hint of curry. Marinated grilled lamb and winter vegetable tajine. Finished by delicate wine and raspberry poached pears.
• Friday March 9th – 10am-1:30pm OR Sunday March 11th – 3pm-6pm - $60 – “Elegant and Sophisticated Dinner”
Melt in your mouth goat cheese dome and carrot cream appetizer. Paul Bocuse’s famous fish filet with potato scales and tatin tart for dessert.
• Thursday April 12th – 10am-1:30pm OR Friday April 13th – 6:15pm-9:15pm - $50 – “All about Charlotte Cakes”
Learn to make your own Charlotte cake, from the ladyfingers to the delicate mousse filling. It is not as complicated as it seems! We will offer two flavors, chocolate-raspberry or Lemon-raspberry.
• Friday May 4th – 10am-12pm - $50 – “Homemade Bread and Tartines!”
We will make and bake our own bread. Then we’ll prepare a variety of “tartines” (Bread slices and toppings) that will be sure to delight your senses!
