• Friday, March 8th – 6:00pm-8:30pm - $50/pers – “Sweet and Savory Crepes”
Come learn how to make sweet and savory crepes. In this class we will have a gluten-free buckwheat version as well as a traditional recipe. We will have a variety of savory and sweet toppings, everyone will find their new favorites. Kid friendly class.
NEW! • Thursday, March 14th, 2019 - 10:00am-1:30pm -$50/pers - "A Vegetarian Feast”
In this class we will make a roasted bell pepper and lentil terrine, followed by a melt in your mouth Moroccan tagine full of exotic flavors.
• Friday, March 22nd – 10:00am-1:30pm - $60/pers – “Featuring Burgundy”
Let’s take a little tour of Burgundy! We will prepare a melt in your mouth delicious beef bourguignon. We will end our meal with light “poires au vin”, a soft poached pear in a delicate wine raspberry coulis. This class is gluten free.
• Friday, April 5th – 10:00am-1:30pm - $55/pers – “Featuring Normandy and Brittany Region”
How about a little culinary trip to Normandy and Brittany? We will cook a tender Normandy chicken with Calvados and apple cider. Our meal will end with a “far breton”, a custard like cake from Brittany region with fruit in it. Absolutely delicious! This class is also free of gluten.
