• Thursday April 25th – 10am-1pm - $50 – “Sweet and Savory Tarts”
In this class we will cover a savory "pâte brisée" and a "pâte feuilletée" that we will use in both sweet and savory tarts. We will start with our version of the Mediterranean pissaladiere, then move on to our highly popular eggplant, mozzarella and basil tart and finish with a Vosgien blueberry tart. Make sure to bring an appetite! This class is vegetarian friendly.
