Galette des Rois
Traditionally in France, during the month of January, everyone eats “Galette des Rois”, a distant version of the New Orleans King’s cake.
A Galette is made of layers of flaky, buttery puff pastry filled with almond cream. It’s tradition to bake a “fève” (ceramic figurine) in the Galette. Whoever gets it in their slice becomes the king or queen for the day.
We propose a Galette for eight people for $32. We make everything from scratch with organic wholesome ingredients.
