Next Cooking Class is on a Sunday!
Sunday February 5th, 3pm-6pm $50/pers
If you are ready for something fantastic, this class is for you. We will start with a classic French cheese souffle. Our main dish will be Normandy chicken, with hard Cider, Calvados and its vegetables. We will complete our meal with a "tarte amandine", a tart with pears nested in an almond cream.
