Available ONLY if pre-ordered by Monday noon: -Quiche Lorraine (serves 4 or 6) -Onion Quiche (serves 4 or 6) (Vegetarian) -Eggplant, Mozzarella and Basil Tart (serves 4 or 6) (Vegetarian) -Creamy Zucchini Soup (served hot or chilled) -Braised veal "Marengo" served with a tian of Zucchini, potatoes and rosemary -Chicken cordon bleu and fine french green beans with herbs

Available at the market until we sell out: -Onion and Bacon Quiche by the slice -Eggplant, Mozzarella and Basil Tart by the slice (Vegetarian) -Lentil Salad (Vegan and gluten free) -Croque Monsieur sandwich -Flavored Meringues (gluten free)
