Featured cake of the season - “Champenois"

Champenois is a light and delicate cake, with three layers of génoise interspersed with a light champagne-flavored mousse, Cognac-infused raisins. Italian meringue finishes the cake. It contains no butter.

We offer two sizes, for either 6/8 or 10/12 people.
