"Galette des Rois!"
You can keep ordering your “galette des rois” until the end of the month!
Traditionally in France, during the month of January, everyone eats “Galette des Rois”, a distant version of the New Orleans King’s cake.
A Galette is made of layers of flaky, buttery puff pastry filled with almond cream. It’s tradition to bake a “fève” (ceramic figurine) in the Galette. Whoever gets it in their slice becomes the king or queen for the day.
We propose two sizes this year. The small one serves 4 people for $25 the larger one serves 8 people for $35. We make everything from scratch with organic wholesome ingredients. Our galettes can be frozen whole or by the slice. We also propose a nut-free chocolate version upon request.
