We have our colorful Spring Pea Soup (Vegetarian and GF) this week. Our salads are the Lentil Salad (Vegan and GF) and the Red Cabbage and Kale Citrus Salad (GF and vegan). Our main dishes this week are Grilled Flank Steak and Jardiniere (GF) or Baked Salmon and Jardiniere (GF) and Lasagna. Don't forget our variety of Quiches for your weekend brunch.
