January is upon us, which means one thing,
Galette des Rois is back!!!!!!!!!
During the whole month of January you can order a Galette des Rois (see details below) !
Traditionally in France, during the month of January, everyone eats “Galette des Rois”, a distant version of the New Orleans King’s cake.
A Galette is made of layers of flaky, buttery puff pastry filled with almond cream. It is traditional to bake a “fève” (ceramic figurine) in the Galette. Whoever gets it in their slice becomes the king or queen for the day.
We offer 2 sizes, a Galette for 4 people for $27 and a galette for 8 people is $37. A nut-free version is also available upon request.
We make everything from scratch with wholesome fresh ingredients. The Galette can be frozen whole or by the slice if needed. Our galette comes with its ceramic fève and golden crown.
Galette may be ordered throughout the whole month of January and picked up any day of the week (with 48hrs notice minimum). If you do not want your Galette for the following Friday, please indicate your pick-up date in the comments of the order form.

This week’s menu is for pick-up on Friday January 6th in Montgomery (10709 Adventure Lane) from 5pm-7pm with an option for delivery as well.

2 - Choose a pick up on Friday evening (5pm-7pm) in Montgomery or a delivery (free with orders over $75).
